ABOUT ANA ROQUETA
A Trusted Guide Through Every Kind of Sale
Ana Roqueta has been a licensed California real estate professional since 1985 — decades of experience across nearly every kind of residential real estate transaction, with particular expertise in residential sales, probate & trust sales, and foreclosures for San Francisco families.
Personal Experience
With decades of experience in real estate, I’ve had the opportunity to work on virtually every type of residential real estate transaction — from the sale of individual homes and condominiums to the marketing and sale of entire new-home communities.
As a Sales Manager for new-home communities, I was responsible for the sales and marketing of communities averaging approximately 75 homes. That experience gave me an in-depth understanding of pricing, market positioning, strategic marketing, buyer psychology, sales management, and how to present a property in a way that maximizes its appeal and value.
What drew me toward probate and estate work wasn’t really a decision to leave new-development sales behind — it grew out of that same foundation. As my career progressed, I found myself increasingly drawn to transactions that required more than simply putting a property on the market. Probate and estate transactions often involve families going through a difficult transition, multiple parties with different interests, attorneys, court requirements, and sometimes significant complications involving the property itself. I realized that the experience I’d built over the years — managing complicated situations, solving problems, negotiating, and keeping a transaction moving — could be especially valuable to these families.
What began as experience with complex transactions eventually became an area I developed particular expertise in, and I found I really enjoyed helping families navigate what can otherwise be an overwhelming process and bringing the transaction successfully to completion.
That said, I don’t see myself as someone who only handles probate. I sell real estate. My experience happens to include everything from individual residential properties and entire new-home communities to highly complex probate, estate, foreclosure, and court-related transactions — and I believe that breadth is what allows me to bring something valuable to virtually any seller.
My Philosophy
I believe real estate is about much more than selling a property. It’s about understanding what’s important to the people I represent, earning their trust, and helping them navigate what can be one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. After decades in this business, I’ve learned that every transaction is different and every client has a different set of circumstances — some sales are straightforward, and others can be incredibly complicated. I believe my job is to bring the experience, knowledge, persistence, and judgment necessary to recognize what each situation requires, and guide my clients through it.
I also believe experience matters most when something doesn’t go according to plan. Anyone can have a smooth transaction when everything falls into place — the real test of an agent is how they respond when challenges arise, and whether they know how to find solutions. That’s what I enjoy most about this work: helping people, solving problems, and getting the best possible result for my clients.
My experience is broad. My expertise is deep. And my commitment is the same with every property I represent: to achieve the best possible outcome for my client.
